Blaster Blaster 1100 Kawi Exhaust setup Rad Dudes

Hey guys,

I tried to ask Rad Dudes about this but they don't seem to reply.

I bought the complete 1100 Blaster Conversion from them, I would like to just know how to run the exhaust system, Do I use the std Pipes and move the exhaust to the Right Hand side after blocking the stock exhaust exit?

Can anybody give me more info on how to run this or post some photos of some setups?

Thanks

Try to get as much of a peak in the middle, as you can. You'll only be able to rotate everything so much.
If it's all too flat, your waterbox will fill with water when the boats sitting idle in the water.

Email came in a 2:21am I emailed you back at 4:40am when I woke up. Sorry I wasn't sitting by the computer to reply as soon as it came in. But thank you for posting on a public forum that we don't reply to emails when the opposite is the case.
And proof that I emailed back just over two hours later and at 4 AM.
Good luck with your build, sorry you couldnt figure out how to put a water box in.

If you are utilizing oem parts from the ZXi you can utilize the tube & clamps going over the pump tunnel, cut the rear exhaust pipe leading up back, u can use the oem ZXI rear exhaust outlet and flapper these are quite cheap even to order new , also the little connector pipe coming of stinger, turf or unbderlay the areas where the waterbox will sit, if you go fancy u can use oem rubber strap and put that in place in rear. I have the Rad Dudes kit on mine fell free to contact me with any questions they had been very helpful to me.

Okay, Twinturbo . Please go check your emails carefully before making a fool of yourself. I asked more than a week ago and got no reply! You then only responded to my 2nd email. If you went to all the effort posting peoples emails on the forums maybe try read them and respond to your customers, I am just asking a simple question and you have not been helpful at all.. Orangefinger explained exactly what I needed... Thank you (which I am sure you where capable of doing?)

You Have not been helpful with all do respect, even from the beginning . I spent over 1000$ with you and then only after paying I had to wait weeks before you shipped my goods( you didnt tell me you didnt have stock?). I waited patiently and didnt make a scene, the least I could ask for was a little bit of help and information. Thats all I was asking for , how hard would it of been for you to send a few photos of your builds, I am a paying customer and you could of treated me with a little more courtesy, look at your blunt sarcasm in this forum post?

"Good luck with your build, sorry you couldnt figure out how to put a water box in." What are you implying by that, I was asking more than just how to put a water-box through a hole, I was more worried about how to plumb it correctly and which side as I have never done it before! Sorry for asking a simple question...

I asked more than a week ago bud. Get your facts straight.

Please send everything back then for a refund if you are this unhappy.
You asked a question of where the water box goes. That's like asking a paint by numbers book where to paint. If you wanted step by step instructions there are many builds with pic on here and Pwctoday like was told to you after your first post.

I think if anything we reply to emails and post helpful posts on these boards more than most. So the looking like a fool is all on you. I have reply emails to everyone you sent all within hours just like I posted above. What other companies are replying at 5am?? Give me a break.

Parts are aways in stock. They didn't ship that week because we were on the road supporting rider events. That happens from time to time. Sorry

Thank you for your business but this is just crazy.

That isnt the problem Twinturbo, I am happy with the goods. Just not happy with your attitude towards customers. Even if I am asking stupid questions you should be able to assist and help, which other forum members did very easily? Why couldn't you of replied like that? I did search on the other forums and this one and only found photos of the dual exhaust system you did and lots of photos of the extreme kit. I wanted to make sure I was doing it right that's all.

You parts are not always in stock, I paid on the 3/12/2013 and you only shipped it the next week because you never had the midshaft, I even then complained why you are not replying to my emails as it felt like I was left in the dark after paying.

I asked you numerous questions also during those emails.

What prop?
Do I need to reinforce?
Does the kit come with instructions?

You didn't answer any of these questions.

I will in future not bother you with my silly/stupid questions. I am sorry I wasted your time requesting simple information. I will ask other people in future for help/assistance with your products.

All good advice, I'm running a 16/23 in the stock pump with a mild kaw 1100 and it works great.

GaSs, it looks like Mark didn't get your first email, as he quickly responded to your second. The Rad Dudes have always been very helpful when I had a question or needed help with setup. I'm sure this could have been taken care of with a quick phone call, instead of trying to thrash them online.

I understand what you are saying, and yes I shouldn't of posted on the forum, but sadly It was the last resort. I am from South Africa, and this isnt the first time he has ignored my emails. I can show 4 emails where I asked questions with no replys . I cant just pick up the phone and call him so email is the primary form of contact. Maybe I got off on the wrong foot with him from the beginning? Not sure, but the fact is he has not been very friendly/helpful .

Well everything makes more sense when you lay it out on the ground like Chris03HD showed above. I also used Chris's wiring diagram for the E Box (very helpful) Like Byeai said, PWCtoday has quite a few B1 1100 builds to gather information from. You are welcome to PM me if you have any questions.

Thank you guys for the help and pointing him in the right direction.
You were never ignored, and yes posting like this does get you off on a wrong foot with anyone. Trust me if I saw the emails they are replied to ASAP no mater how basic or silly they are. Keep in mind we get tons of emails everyday asking very basic questions, from people who don't even buy parts from us and we reply to all of them.
The forum builds are the best way to see pics of parts laid out if that's what you are looking for. But we do pride ourselves with how straight forward this kit is to install. If you have the kit and a ski in front of you, you should be able to build it.
When you buy an IPhone it doesn't come with directions.

hi, I am also building a kawa 1100 blaster and considering the kit from rade dudes. but got a couple of questions.
how to run the exhaust system.
do you guys have a link so I can see how you guys have done it.
pls help in need

thanks

@Twinturbostang,

I stripped all the foam out and fitted the waterbox. Where can I source the hoses need to complete the kit? I Only have the 1100 ZXI motor, didnt get a complete ski for my build, so I have no Left overs.
