So here we go! Took out my Limited 701 and Swapped in a Bone Stock Yamaha 1100. The motor fit right in with a few Mods. Looks Factory, You be the judge and let me know. First we bolted in a set of cases with a crank to see where our front mounts had to be. We bolted the motor in to the stock rear mounts and shimmed the front up to get our couplers to line up. Then we cut out a old set of mounts from a Raider to Epoxy into the hull. They glued in right in front of the old mounts. Then we made a set of brackets that bolted into the original mounts and went over the new mounts, almost like a girdle. After we check everything a our motor was lined up and mock up was complete we then laid in some 17 ounce Fiberglass. We also reinforced the sides. After some sanding, we then painted the inside and started to reassemble everything. There is so much room to work its Sick. Everything bolts right in. We cut the stock exhaust hose on the 1100 and then made a custom water box. We used a Raider water box that we cut and had to weld two outlets because this ski has dual exhaust out the rear. This build was EASY and we now have the motor plates in stock and For Sale. We are also running a stock 144 pump, TBM cone and a Skat 16/23 C75 Swirl.
