Blaster 2 questions

I got a blaster 2 with 760 cases and a 701 62t cylinder stock 44's (not rejetted) but rebuilt I ran the stock 760 head and stock exhaust..
qustion:1 should this work
qustioon:2 should I run 38's
3.cylinder seems to be hot (maybe exhaust isn't lining up but pisser works on the side
cylinder gets flooded I think it's the jetting on the carbs

62T cylinder lines up perfectly with 760 exhaust ,manifold, I have done this exact swap several times , no rejetting no nothing ,I never had any issues.

Almost if the cylinder gets flooded most likely that needle and seat or the o-ring that seals the needle and seat is bad.

You are running an 84mm bore cylinder head on 81mm bores? What head gasket? Seems like that would be a problem.
Carb theory would also dictate it would require a change in jetting somehow. Your moving 50cc less air per rev and applying a different amount of vaccum signal.

For $50 I'd put the right head and gasket myself. stock heads are dam near free.
All you did was basically make a factory 62T 701 but used the wrong head and bigger carbs.

The ones I did I use the 760 head and gasket on , was there any difference in the power , yes probably the same difference as between a stock 760 and an SBT 760 reman , I might have noticed the difference but , seat of the pants dyno , most people wouldn't notice.

If I were you ......do it right and bring it back to a stock 760 with stock 44's. That set up runs well and is proven. Stock B2 is good stable back up ski or daily user even with oil injection.
