Blaster Blaster cooling line question - overheating problem

Blaster runs great for about 10 minutes then heat sensor must be setting off CDI. Runs like crap (rpm retarding). If you let it sit for 30 minutes it runs great for another 10 minutes. From the pics below do the cooling lines appear to be run correctly? Thanks.

when riding I can only see water coming out of the top pisser. The original owner put the second pisser below the bow line. So, it's impossible to see if any water is coming out of it when riding. You mention vacuum and pump lines (not sure what those are). I was under the impression that water was PUSHED through the system by the increased pressure of water that occurs in the pump/nozzle area.

I do have an extra heat sensor that I can switch out and see if that fixes anything. There's some type of grease (heat conduction material) smeared on those heat sensors. Does anyone know what that stuff is or where you can get it?

it actually looks like the routing is wrong, but then again i could be looking at wrong. it should be setup like this. if you have dual cooling..

both cooling lines from the pump into the bottom of the exh manifold. then out of the top of the head with two lines, front line to pisser with a T for the stinger. rear line from top of head to bottom of head pipe, out of the top of the headpipe to the pisser.

it should be routed this way..

My waterline routing on blaster is different ?

Dual cool > both into EX Manifold
Back of head into Headpipe low
Front head overboard
Top heapipe to T -Flowcontrol to Stinger > other line overboard
Screws Headpipe
Low closed
Mid 1/8
High 1/2

.... ??
