Blaster flip

These are all good replys I'm not sure who Zimmy is but I've seen his name tossed around the forum quiet a few times so assuming he kills it on the ski. As for Zack everyone knows that dude slays it, guess I need to head down to ocean side and ride with them haha! Has anyone who doesnt ride a few times a week flipped? What I'm getting at is I've been watching these vids and it's killin me I want to get out there and flip. Obviously I know it's not going to be a walk in the park especially with a stock 701 lol but with that being said if I road with a few people who are doing it and I can learn from I will attempt to ark one.

Me personally I wouldn't be trying flips unless my blaster was reinforced. I have some really bad stress cracks from a few roll attempts. I love my b1 too much to destroy it

Basically they spider crack around the foot rails the most and the back area of the hull. People reinforce the whole inside as well similar to what people do on sjs

If i go ride Sunday I'll take picture or where mines cracking so you get the idea

Sounds good, thank you I heard they crack in the transom area and front by the nose. No clue how to do fiberglass so I would have to have it done.

Depending on your situation or a aftermarket blaster design hull. Like the tiger craft viper ?

Just depends what you want to do with a blaster,

A blaster on a limited setup is flippable in decent surf for sure. Gotta commit though! If you work on the mechanics of getting the ski around by watching some videos of guys flipping, you can implement the technique in your attempts. A good stock hull will survive flipping, its the bails during the learning curve that do maximum damage!
