The screws on my hood hinge that go up into the hood are stripped. It looks like there are inserts in the hood. Anyone know how to replace these? Also where to get the inserts?

You can go to most hardware stores and ask for "nut-certs". Sort of like a threaded rivet. You may need to buy the tool to install them, but the whole thing sould not cost more than $25. Mabey you could JB weld them in. Just keep the JB off the treads.
