Blaster Blaster steering Mod B-1 / cant find link !

I know there was a thread somewhere that spoke of installing a B-2 Cable in a B-1 ski ... Id like to see it for specific info . any help would be great ..Thanks

I did mine a few mo ago. You need the cable, cable ends, the plastic nut, clip and rubber that goes out of the hull.
You will need a brk to mount the cable under the hood I made one for mine and have been thinking about offering them for sale to make it a little ezer for ppl.
Its not hard you just have to have all the pieces. The brk might be a little hard if you dont have the tools to make one.

i used a gp 800 cable its freaking huge compared to the blaster one all i needed was to make a bracket to hold it to the hood and that was it just used the complete cable, works great and i doubt u would ever break it

Got it done today , and thanks for the tips ... heres a pic/ widened the steering arc and narrowed the nozzle arc , , also ground the clearances on the nozzle to widen the sweep this thing now goes from the left tunnel side to the right tunnel side , setting the stops tommorow . the side to side angle is a huge improvement over stock so ill be making the same mod on my other ski very soon '' I think i have a gp800 cable on the shelf so thanks for that tip daBeeter ! a kit would save a bunch of fabbin for sure !

What is the gain from doing this? I understand cutting the nozzle to get more sweep, but how does the B2 cable help?

New to this... sorry for the noooob question.
