Custom/Hybrid Blowsion Handpole- Water Leak

I have a Rickter hull with the Blowsion handpole and I am getting what I would consider too much water leakage through where the breather tubes go through the handpole mount, the Blowsion reducer plate and hull. If you shine a light up under this area you can see some light, not much but there must be a way to seal this area off. Silicone I can't see working as the tubes move a bit when lifting and lowering the pole.

Any help or suggestions is appreciated.

Good idea on the light, I'll check
My RRP poll and tubes. Mine leaks too.

Some have used silicone, and that's what I was gonna do but to seal off air leaking out/water leaking in if I get seperated from the ski...

My concern is how messy it will be and if it's really nessassary, seems like over kill and hasn't been an issue yet since 2013

Agreed but I about lost the ski from a rider separation and if mine is a one case wonder then so be it but pretty scary watching the ship start to go down.

Ya that's exactly my reseaon for wanting it too...

I was gonna use the water hose and poor from poll bracket area nd see how much leaks in but haven't yet....

Silicon from the underside would be somewhat cleaner or remove the poll and go at it from the top...

Some mentioned using foam stuffed in the gaps or surrounding the tubes with weather strip type foam/seal...

With a scupper I don't think we have much time But every little bit helps

Maybe like a boot with threaded holes for the tubes to screw into that attaches to the underside of the poll
Bracket..

Are you using a retriever ?

Well the light didn't work for
me but water did, oh man. Took a cereal bowl with water and poored it in the poll bracket area, in 5 seconds it was all the the hull, Barrly had enough time to put the flash light down and have a look at it leaking. Really leaks a lot between the tubes on my RRP.

The retriever is a floatation bag with 50
Or 100 of rope inside. You mount to
Hull with the Velcro it comes with and or a Velcro strap if ordered that way. Deploy manually when you get in trouble so if the ski goes down you at least know where it is... watcon has some with 50 ft rope, not sure if he has the mounting strap, but comes with Velcro for sure.

Here's a pic, I have the strap off right now. Kinda hard to find but fast elements had some......,

I don't know if this is an option for your guys' setup but I used turf as a sort of gasket since it's very pliable. It's not exactly waterproof but if you can avoid any gaps whatsoever it significantly cuts down on leaks.

you probably don't want to change brackets .....but spigot mounted tubes on the bracket & the underplate seal well.

And why wouldn't I have known somebody did it the right way. Who makes that bracket? I was thinking of a grommet but that take care of all if it in one shot.

shipping a bit costly unfortunately...would end up being around $300USd to your door.

Tubes are 2.25" outer diameter (2" inside). ..not sure what the blowsion pole can accept
