Super Jet Blowsion pump shoe install question

I just received my Blowsion Aluminum Pump shoe and have some overhang on the pump. I installed one of these 5 years ago on my old ski and didn't have this issue. I am curious if the Blowsion "redesigned" pump shoe has this intentionally for better carving or do I just grind away till flush for fitment. The max overhang is 5mm

hmm good question, i have one too that i will be installing this winter. i will be grinding mine down if that is how it fits.

every time i hear about a blowsion pump shoe i hear about how you have to grind them. ill buy my next pump shoe fro xr tech

Other then the overhang this fits WAY BETTER then the old pump shoe. Who is xr tech?

:aargh4: I should have looked into this more. That would have made this install much easier. I was too pissed that my new 2010 broke a pumpshoe with a stock intake grate on it.

Grind that shoe down to match the hull and ride plate.
