Blowsion pump shoe?

Need to replace my pump shoe. For people who have used blowsions aluminum pump shoe did it require any modification to work with stock pump? Saw a thread on PWCtoday and they said they had to trim pump seal to get the pump forward enough? Don’t really like the idea of trimming the seal would rather mill down the shoe. Anybody else have same issue and what did you do?

I bought a Blowsion pump shoe years ago and promptly threw it in the garbage. Terrible product due to all the grinding to make it fit. I’ve installed 3-4 Worx pump shoes through the years and all of them required minimal grinding and they are already pre drilled for the intake grate bolts and the four screws that bolt it to the hull.

+1 for the Worx. You may still have to grind but it is significantly better then the blowsion. However, if I ever change another pump shoe I will probably go with oem plastic shoe unless upgrading to a larger pump.

I’m Not afraid to grind just don’t want to have to mess with my pump seal
