Are you talking about a barrel roll, or a backflip, or a flat 360? And what kind of boat wake?
Small boat wake = yes to barrel roll, no to backflip with your setup and yes to a flat 360 (although you rarely see people doing those). It will take a lot of technique to get a stocker through a barrel roll even off a boat wake of a decent size, but go and get started - you'll be a better rider if you have to work really hard on your technique now.
Cruiser wake = yes to all, just bring your steely balls. The backflip will be a stretch without more brap, but go chase a Carver 50 going at the right speed and you'll stand a great chance of pulling one off. Barrel roll is very possible off a big wake like that if you hit a section that's not too steep.
