VERY COOL !!! just got some pics of my standard sxr based BOB ,and the finish quality is awesome ! cant wait ,i know my ski is going to rip ! my motor ripped in the old tank of a hull it was in .cant wait to get into it's new skin ...enjoy ,btw.pics of mine on the BOB site ( last one recently posted )but im not trying to threadjack will do my own at a later date .im just pumped to see yours and can't wait to get mine !

I'm lucky and my buddy is hauling it back for me, so ill have to wait and see how customs goes, as for registration ill cross that bridge once i get it, don't think it should be a problem, not sure though

As for Canadian customs it's pretty easy. Just have the bill of sale basically and any other paperwork that may have came with the machine. They are more interested in getting the duty than worrying about what the ski is. As long as the value is accurate (they do internet searches for prices) they don't require anymore info.

As for Canadian coast guard hull registration, download the form off their website and mail it in. I just included that the hull was a custom build by the ski clinic and said the HIN was number #009 (BOB gen1 hull 9) and included things like the colour and all the other info on the form. The papers came back in a week with the reg number. Pretty easy going up here.
