Custom/Hybrid BOB questions???

I'm just about to buy a Gen 3 and start the winter build on my first AM hull and I was wondering if you guys can help me out. All my parts will be coming off my FX1, with exception of 144 mag pump I did swap on, SJ steering cable, xmetal pole, and a few other AM parts; my main concern is if the FX1 drive shaft and mid shaft housing will bolt onto a BOB or if I will have to buy a new one? Also, how will the FX1 ebox mount up? Any help on the first build would be great!

driveshaft and midshaft are different, but midshaft housing are the same. ebox are the same
