I was originally looking for a SuperJet but I came across this on craigslist yesterday and decided to pick it up. I'm now the third owner, the guy I bought it from owned it for 15 years and seems to have taken very good care of it. Its all stock, but still has great compression and runs pretty good. For now I'm thinking about adding some handlebars, an intake grate and maybe look into a D-cut rideplate. What size carb comes stock on these? Let me know what you guys think.

I'm thinking about swapping out the water box and running a rear exhaust outlet on the right side along with the other mods I listed. I would like to upgrade the carb setup and add a pipe, but I honestly don't think I will keep it long enough for it to be worth it unless I hold onto some of the stuff and swap it over to a SuperJet later on.

Thanks guys! I almost dont even want to mess with it since its completely unmolested.

What parts are interchangeable between the WB1 and RN? Motor, pump, ebox, rideplate, intake grate?

the motor, ebox, midshaft bearing housing, pump stator, prop, reduction and steering nozzle, and most scoop grates are interchangeable. of course you have two different oem motors in the blaster, 61x single carb, and the 62t twin carb motor, you can still put one in the other though.

Awesome! I still want to build a SuperJet, but I'm going to have some fun with this first. The priorities are going to be handlebars, grips, intake grate, foot straps, rear exhaust and converting it to pre-mix. I would like to get a b-pipe, but will have to hold off on that for a little while. Is there a specific pipe I should look for, maybe something that could be used in a SuperJet as well? How big of a benefit is it to run the 62t cases? I'm thinking I will probably stick with a single carb setup.

Save your money if you plan on dumping it.. no sense in wasting $$$$$$ that you'll never see again.

Thats why Im interested in what parts transfer to a rn so I can potentially keep them around for the future. Buuut, the more Im riding it the more its growing on me, I might just keep it around for a backup ski.

Anyone know where I can order a set of ProTaper Riser Bars?

Thanks. I couldn't help it and already started ordering some things. ProTaper SE Bars, Powermadd Universal 1.6" Riser, ODI Rogue Grips, Oil Block-Off, Blowsion Billet Gas Cap and Finger Throttle, Billet Bow-Eye, Footholds and Raider Waterbox. I still need a scoop grate and exhaust outlet/flange for the rear and then that will probably be it for the summer. Now to start paying that credit card off! eeekkk

Lol I know how that goes. I just spent all winter rebuilding my whole ski from bottom to top custom paint and all. Just to end up haveing to get knee surgery last week so I can't even ride my blaster this summer. Could of used all that money in my pre runner, and actually been able to enjoy it. But any how I'd keep the blaster if I was you they are sooo much fun for sure once you get a pipe on it, makes a huge difference in power!!!

That's no good man, hopefully your surgery went well? Hey at least your ski is ready and waiting for you, do you have a thread on here for it?

I have a few things I'm trying to sell to free up the budget a bit. Maybe I will get lucky and dig up the funds for a pipe in a few weeks.
