Had a crappy day at work so I decided to take the ski out and blow off some steam. Had it out two weeks prior and had no issues. This go around it would start and idle fine but if you gave it any gas it would die.
Anyways I'm pretty much out in the middle of the river fiddling with it. The only way I could get it run was with the primer. Next thing I know my bilge pump is dumping serious amounts of water and before I could blink my eyes she was under water. Luckily the foam in the tray kept about 3 inches of the rear out of the water. It took about 3 hours to wrestle it to the shore line.
I'm on the fence about getting an aftermarket hull or taking my hull back to blowsion and having them rip out the scupper. I noticed most of the aftermarket hull have scuppers installed. I wouldn't mind getting a ricker edge but only if I can get it minus the scupper.
