Build Help!

Hi everyone! I'm Seth.

Right now I own a 2006 RXP and got tired of doing circles. I want to sell it to invest in a nice freestyle build. Is there a thread, somewhere that could direct me on everything I will need to build one? My ultimate goal here, is that I want to be able to do a backflip (probably like 100's of other). I am just completely new, and don't really know where to start looking. The only thing that i've found is the Hurricane hull's. Would that be a good place to start?

Where are you located? So we know your riding territory, vicinity to builders/riders...etc

Have you ever ridden/owned a stand up?

I would suggest to start out on a superjet, you can pick up a nice 96-07 superjet with a few mods easily within your price range. And when you get good enough and want to move on to an aftermarket ski you could swap everything over to it.

I ride in the yough lake. Its about 2 hours out of Pittsburgh, and the lake runs into Maryland. I live in Uniontown PA though. I have not rode one before. I found a 550 with some mods for like 800 but I'm the kind of person that if I'm gonna do this, I wanna do it right. Ya know?

I would get a nice rn with some mods and go from there.

There's a lot of riding other than doing backflips. Starting on a rn auperjet is great advice if you are not very experienced on a stand up. It's a great platform to surf, basic flatwater or race. It also provides most parts needed for an aftermarket hull.

The 6000 will pay for just a bare freestyle hull.. Find a nicely modded superjet and upgrade from there
