haha thats funny but actually thats my house and she happened to be by on a visit and soccer sux but anyway have you guys got any suggestions wen it comes to positioning footstraps all the way back ? staggered? ect.

what do you ride most? flat or surf? flat i would go all the way back or footholds. if you ride in surf then surf stance. i would put in some footholds too. its probably the most important part to a freestyle boat IMO.

i ride flat most of the time but we get a lot of big boats comin throuigh our river u can get sum pretty wild surf conditions on certain days out in the lake (huron) but u think the straps arent enough ? fottholds are a must?

Finally some one else with the same goofy pipe as me! I have seen them for sale but I have not seen one in a ski... How do you like it what carbs are you running? stock? As far as footholds and straps you can always run both if you want or a combination of the two...

for flat i would put em in the back. footholds aren't that important, its just that for me, i like a wider stance and i like the duck stance u get when in the holds b'c thats how the bindings are on my snowboard, with my toes facing to the nose and tail of the board. it's all personal preference though. are you keeping the tray pads in or turfing the entire tray?

to answer the first question i am runnin it with stock carbs which are dual 40 mm mikuni but i am changin the pilot jet to an 80 from 75 the thing is there is ice bergs in the river rite now so i cant test it till its get warm again

and the other answer is i wanted to put the pads backin because i had a set custom vinyled with a cool stich pattern but turf is not out of the question i would hate to wreck my expensive vinyl job

well as of this morning that r&d pipe is coming out of there and a factory limited pipe is going in not a bad deal on it either but i got that r&d pipe another manifold, head pipe and half the chamber for it 2 stock exhaust a stock manifold, stock flame arrester and air box the entire choke assembly and a whole bunch of other little stuff i'll be post for sale once i get it all together

How do yo umake that "elephant" ski a bit lighter?? I can get a mint 2001 SXI pro for nice money..but I know that they are heavy... can this be converted into a GOOD FS ski?

Thx

Andrew

man i never even thought of tryin to loose weight in my ski im jus workin on more power tgis winter but i geuss u could loose ur waterbox and get an aluminum handlepole smaller gas tank remove some foam from the nose stuff like that if anyone else knows more about cuttin weight on an sxi pro holla out

the build is goin backwards now

looks like thebuild has gone in reverse now with a factory pipe comin and the ski bein half empty mr superjetkev has persuaded me to empty it bare and paint the inside jus about to take engine out
