Basically, if you call certain sketchy Phone Numbers, you will be back-billed by the Phone Company at a killer rate like $5 to $10 bucks per minute. And YOU have to pay for it.
Scammers are posting their "Phone Numbers" on Buy/Sell Ads for the OP to call them.
DO NOT call them unless you can verify that it's a legit number. Google the Number first.
Have THEM call you. If the call cuts off, DO NOT call them back.
Usually the Scammer has just joined the Forum and has several "I'm interested" "Still Available?" threads where he posts the "Bait" Phone Number.
You can click on the Members USERNAME, then click on POSTS and see if they are just fishing around. Their Posts are usually repetitive. And never seem to buy anything.
