Camping at Lake Allatoona Oct 11th and 12th

We just reserved two sites at Allatoona Landing for the weekend of October 11th and 12th. The campsite has plenty of beach shoreline to leave skis in the water over night, and is alcohol friendly for evening festivities :beerchug:!! We are site numbers p28, and p24, and they are on the end of a point. If im not mistaken this is where Southern Fried freeride was.... so lets get a group together!! Just a bit more info on this spot... I ride at this campsite/beach literally every weekend and is the best spot on the lake IMO. The campsite/beach is on private property and slightly off the main traffic channel so the DNR doesn't really come around. But who knows if there are a bunch of us out there. It's nestled in the middle of 3 marinas where all the big boats are. We don't get HUGE boats Lake Lanier but there are some that put out a 6 footer. There is a shallow area literally in the middle of the lake (most boaters don't realize it) that you can just stand on and see boats coming from either direction.
