The "Can Do"
This trick is pretty simple, on the trick-o-meter I would rate it a 2 for difficulty... It's pretty much a no-hander, w/ a one foot can can thrown in... The key is extension and holding the trick... Simple tricks can look so nice if done properly, so take your time and work on the style, once you get the mechanics down (which won't take long at all).
"Can Do"
Approach the wave (perpendicular) w/ both feet in holds or straps. I like this trick in the holds... Jump off the wave like you are doing a simple no hander, make sure the foot that is staying planted in the tray is locked in good. Remove hands from bars extend fully, at the same time remove leg from hold lift up and kick out accross the other leg out as far as possible... Remember this trick is all ablout style and extension... One you got it start flairing it out and adding your own touch to it...
A few tips:

A few tips:
- look at your foot when moving it out...
- remember style and extension are everything w/ this trick... full extension is sweet... everything else is cockroach...
- practice just doing one-foot cans seperate from the no-handers
- then practice just one foot cans
- Hydro Turf 25mm underpadding
- Hydro Turf mats (for good traction)
- shortened handpole
- remove spring in pole
- either tighten pole w/ double locking nuts (tight), or loose/dead weight w/ no spring (how my pole is)
- lace up shoes (wrestling)... the slip on type will allow your feet to slide inside the shoe... ouch!!!!
- Helmet w/ cage or face protection
- footholds
