I have a Superfreak Badass -2 for surf. can I put a RRP pole on it. ? I like the pole tight so it doesnt move much, with no spring. My pole is a LTD and its just too short for surf

you will probably need to grind some material off the front of the base section or it will chew channels in your carbon when you put the pole in the up position. i have seen a thrust built freak and obviously they were unaware of this problem before it chewed some pretty nice gouges in the handle pole crown area. the base was modified to clear the hull, only after the damage was done.
