well it was just a matter of time before i tore up the hull on my blaster. the bondline in the rear of the ski finally split about half way accross the ski.

i decided i needed new turf anyway, so i cut out the back deck and carefully as possible removed the foam. i used several layers of bi-axle fiberglass to reinforce where it had split. i figured instead of repairing the outer lip, i would just remove it, that way it won't do it again. check out the pics below. i really like the way it came out. it really shortens up the ski and makes for easier boarding from the back.
