Can't send PM's/Old messages don't show as depleted in inox/sent

I just went through and deleted about 30 messages in my inbox and about 50 in my sent box but it is still showing I am over my limit and will not allow me to send PM's.

did your yearly subscription run out? where you had 500 and are now back to 250

After I typed that i just went and looked and thats exactly what happened. lol Thanks! How do I subscribe again?
