Captiva Island FL what is there to do

Flying down to Captiva Island Tomorrow and wanted to see what is there to do down there. I would love to Jet ski, but I dislocated my shoulder two weeks ago. So what is there to do down there for us and the kids.

 Its real layed back area, Some good resturants in the area as well would do as stated relax and have some drinks nice beaches around. Lots of shopping on Sanibel Island 10 miles south or day trip to Cabbage Key. From Bonita Spings area have a good time.:cool2:

Captiva is boooooring!

LOL, lots of old people!

Ahhh whatever, stock up on beer and hang out at the beach!

Personally I like Estero the best (where I ride).
Nice places to hang out, good jet skiing!

But it doesn't matter you can't go wrong anywhere on this coast!

Problem was i could not ride dislocated shoulder so drinking and the beach was fun. Plus we had a pool with a grill next to it. Doctors appointment next Monday to find out what is up.

I'm hanging on vacation on Sanibel Island right now. I've been coming here for 22 years now and I love this place. All I ever do is lay on the beach, fish and drink a beer....Caught a hammer head today.

Rented a boat one year and this year I wanted to rent a jet ski for a day instead of karting my SXR down here from Atlanta....but $325 is a bit much so I'm passing.

The bubble room is great.....BTW
