Super Jet Carb back cover leaking - Need advice

I am having trouble sealing the fuel intake/output side of the carb (square). This is the non-pump carb of a set of 38s. They were rebuilt this year by a professional so the gasket is fresh, but it was one of the reasons I sent them out to be rebuilt in the first place. They had been sealed fine, till recently.
I have hex socket caps on the screws so I can get good pressure. They are primarily leaking by the filter and the manifold side and corner.

Does anyone have some advice on how to get them to seal? Is there a point when you just need to replace the carbs or have the surfaces milled or something?

I'm having the same issue. How did you resolve it?

It may be worth trying some hex socket head bolts also, so you can get it tighter. Mine already had those though.

Not saying you did this, but as a warning for anyone out there thinking about using them:

Don't use WSM carb parts! They are junk right out of the packaging they come in. Actually the packaging they come in might seal better than the gaskets themselves.

Thanks again. I have the hex head screws, but on the leaky carb, one is larger than all the rest. Need to pull it off to see if it is longer. if not, gaskets will be next, so where's the best place to get OEM ones?
