Custom/Hybrid Carbon hulls and gelcoat

Ive read a few different threads talking about how you can get spider cracks in the gelcoat on carbon hulls because the gelcoat doesn't stretch much as the carbon. Is there anything that can be done to prevent these cracks from happening?

Cheap gelcoat will do this also has to be sprayed at the right mils hk gelcoat is more flexible than any gelcoat we've tested also the product is only as good as the hands that use it . So stick your flips and im sure you'll be fine
