Hi I have a set of dual 48mm carbs and a dasa manifold my plan is to put it on a bored of 701 62t and msd enhancer and msd coil but stock flywheel and stator also with a b pipe the dual 48s would be on a dasa manifold with vforce reeds my question would be am i able to tune this for snappy power or tourqe for freestyle also would be running a 144 pump with 9/15 hooker prop. If you could give me some input that would be great thanks

Your problem is physics.......the volume of air the 48s flow vs the 38s for 701 cc application is more than doubled (pie r squared) so at any given jetting you try, vs the rate at which the throttle butterfly is opened or closed = total disaster for snappy clean fuel burning combo=bogging, and fouled plugs and lean seize.

get some stock 38's.... i've seen them on the snappiest 781 JM motor ever.. lol
