Super Jet Causes of blowing orings?

What would cause my oring on the front cylinder of a ATP head blowing after 5/6 outings?

The outer o ring for the water jacket looks fine but the two for the domes are totally crushed and one had broke. Are these supposed to crush or should you be able to remove the head and the orings be ok to reuse?

Cheers

Jim

Yea was greased to make sure they stayed and. The engine was on the bench so watched from the side to make sure they never fell out the ski has hardly been used and runs fine but the last few times the Pisser started spluttering and gradually got worse and worse so took the head off tonigt and both orings on the domes are nakered one was split and the other totally crushed then looked at the ones on the top of the head and one of these was totally crushed so dunno what to say seems a bit odd. The ski hasn't overheated and not sure what to tell for as far as detonation on a 2 stroke

Iv been meaning to speak to Chris from new compression has only been 155 and it's got 35cc domes so way to low will have to give him a call and see about all the different issues

I forgot!
i had my sleeve drop from making some heat and it ended up blowing orings. i decked the cylinder and it was fine for a couple years, then i started blowing them again and i replaced the head shell because it was worn out. my buddy is running that head shell now with a small shim made from a feeler gauge to give it some interference between the head shell and dome. problem solved.

Jim, all the help you need is on the end of the phone and only an hours drive away. We work all the hours god sends so you will be sure to get us most of the time. We can do all the checks necessary (check cranking pressure sleeves etc) at no charge. Bring your ski down and you'll be back on the water in no time.

I had one that kept blowing o-rings, I found a cracked water jacket, the engine was running hotter but not hot enough to set off the senser, the extra heat caused the o-rings to fail. For some reason it was allways the front cyl also, must run hotter than the rear.
