Blaster CDI mod

Hi, have a blaster that has got a variable resistor on the limiter circuit. Has anyone come across this before and could possibly help, i need to know which way to turn it to raise limiter?

I would guess clockwise. I really depends on which legs on the trim pot were used to connect it. The mod CDIs that I have done always are set to increase as you turn clockwise. I am pretty sure that the Riva & Pro Tec are the same way.
