CDKII 38mm midrange adjustment

I took my ski out yesterday for a trial run and found some issues. The ski idled well, the top end pulled well, but sustained partial throttle would result in bogging and eventual dieing unless I opened the throttle a bunch. The ski would start right back up and idle fine. How do you adjust the partial throttle mixture on a CDKII 38 mm? Would that be the High Speed mixture screw?

I just soaked cleaned and rebuilt the carb. The jets look great. My settings are stock pilot with about 3/4 turn out and two sizes larger on main with about 2 turns out.
