My name is chase sanchez (also known as DIRTY) and ive raced for about seven years in ski stock. I think its about time to cross over and do alittle freestyle. I make a average living so im on a budget and i dont want to get a divorce yet so here we go,

my build is going to be based on a 2003 stock yamaha superjet. no need to list everything right away but it will be all xscream products and support from them.

now its time to get to work first things first lets strip the ski to bare hull and start its transformation.

what we got here is a couple of before pics and some stripage and sanding action. foot holds are a cgracing product i had won at daytona freeride 06' , lool like a cross bread cyclone and rickter pretty comfy too. they went in nice with alittle epoxy glue and reinforced with 1708 mat curtiousy of fiberglass coatings.

next is the scupper. pain in the a$$ but it was fun. xmetal scupper some foam and a 12 pack later.

well now the fuel fill is closed off, bondline cut down and managed to lose 1 1/4 lbs off the hull. all the parts are at xscream getting built, motor, pole,trim,gas tank mod ,steering,nic nacs and ex.... the hull and xmetal hood/nose piece are at the paint shop. will be back with further progress soon.

yours looks even better. most likely the same engine but with total loss. same prop with tbm cone. and yes patrick is the prop master.

what motor are you going to be running?? x-scream builds some nice stuff

Most likely the 827 ss but we are waiting to see if they are going to up the cc's in am freestyle.

the hood is made be xscream , probly the best hood on the market. lightest,strongest,lowest,cheapest,best looking s.o.b. around.

finally back from the paint shop.

i did the common gloss black with a few ghost graphics that the camera wont pick it up so i guess you'll have to see for your self in person. when the motor is done i will start putting her together if those dam handlepoles ever get done. the powdercoater mest them up so they have to sand and redo the entire batch of poles. suck's. o'well there is still plenty of work to do,me and a buddy will start hydro-turfing this weekend.

got a custom car guy here in town. had some good paint left over from a job so i pretty much paid him labor. thanks

ski looks good. whats the deal with all those yamaha boxes in the background of those last pics?

thats my work, we are the largest yamaha box engine dealer in the us. (outboards).
