Super Jet cheater pipe Questions

I reacently bought what I was told was a coffman sizzler but it actuly its a cheater pipe. What should I use for tubing to weld the injection line in to the stinger? What should the material be ( aluminum, stainless,)? What good does extending the chamber do? And any advice on jetting and setting pop off pressure?

It a stock 650sx head pipe and chamber with a Coffman mani I can email or text pics

So the longer the chamber the better Bottem end. So by make it longer will it take away from top end?

Longer chamber will slow the exh pulses, and intern make for better low rpm power.
