or at least where the Mag Pump fund was spent.

My real estate agent told me that it's easier to sell a house with new carpet than it is to negotiate money for new carpet in a sale.

So - goodbye Solas Mag Pump with trim nozzle and hello new carpet. :dead1:

Bummer! Oh well, maybe when the house goes you'll be able take a little of the coin and get the pump.
Look on the bright side.....now you have plenty of carpet scraps to make some of those bad arse foot straps like posted by NJrider!

I sold my B1 to finish my workshop. I must have my priorities backwards....

Nice carpet though...Berber?

I trashed my old Berber. I am putting in low-end, FHA approved, standard pile carpeting. My sales hottie called it "move-out" carpeting.

I really like it though. I think it may be because it's new.

I'm going to adopt a new philosophy on carpeting. It's the same as my philosophy on watches.

Spend less, replace more often.

I built my house in '04 and had high end berber installed. We don't wear shoes in the house(except for my dirtbag bug guy):rocketwhore: so it still looks new.(except where he tracked in)

how muchie did it run ya?

I have about 1800 sqft...

I have about the same - $2530 with removal of old carpet and padding, new carpet and padding, and them moving my furniture around. That was with a stairwell in there too.

What did Pico think about your photo session?

Ha! Quac did ask why I was taking so many pictures.

I never vacuum. My carpets get vacuumed (I think) every two weeks when the cleaners come. I have no pets and don't smoke.
