Here's the wrap up. The host is a tool. Mac has balls. and you can't clear 4 house boats.
But Mac did launch that thing! I love the sound of the four stroke. I'd love to get me a Hydrospace, put in some footholds, a scupper, and hit the surf. I thinks that was a preview of things to come.

All in all I think that was a positive segment for the sport.

I think you may have trouble fitting footholds into that ski.
Additionally, I don't think it would hold up too well with your style.

i liked the show. It was far from great, but it was 30 min devoted to standup jetskis!!! Doesn't get any better then that. It showed a tiny bit of surf footage too. Its been over a year since I've seen any real coverage of jetskis on TV. Props to Mac

You didn't miss much, I'd say. Yeah, it was interesting...but actual ski footage was less than five minutes.

That last landing looked like a bitch, though. A bit more rotation, and you'd have a 360.

I agree 110%!! I think the show is a sign of things to come for our sport. I wonder how many people saw the show and though, "wow, I didn't know they still made standup jetskis"

There is nowhere to put footholds on a Hydro-space. I saw it in the surf... less than impressive. It kinda plowed through the waves instead of jumping them. Didn't look fun (but did look fast) I am sure it rips on the race course.
