Other Coffman Pipe water routing in a super chicken

I know there are a few of you out there with SC's. I have never hooked up a Coffman exhaust and can't find much through searching. I am confused with what to do with the third fitting on the headpipe. From what I gathered, the outlet on the head goes to the top of the headpipe. The output of the headpipe then goes to a T, one to the stinger and one overboard? That leaves a small fitting left below the input water fitting on the headpipe. Maybe it runs from the head to head pipe, head pipe to stinger and then the small fitting on the headpipe overboard? I would think I would be dumping a ton of water into the stinger this way.

Block the side little one on headpipe and proceed with standard waterline routing dual cooling as shown in numerous diagrams posted, restrict stinger line to 4mm instead of jetworks flow control valve....that was the best set up i got after numerous different attempts
