ordered wcf footholds on the 8th(about 4ish i think), got a tracking # on the 10th and they should be here on the 15th according to fedex(i bet they get here on the 14th tho)
i dont think he is expecting parts yet, but atleast a confirmation and tracking number would be nice by now. i almost ordered the revs, but his reputation scarred me away. good luck man!

I was just expecting some kind of confirmation from Waterdawg that's all. When I've paid and have not heard anything for a week after an attempt to contact them I tend to get nervous. . I've called several times but no answer and just thought there was a direct way to contact them that's all. What's the etiquette for following up on a part you've paid for?

With this guy...every couple hours should annoy him enough to pick up the phone. If you search WDK or waterdawg, you will find more threads than you care to read about people getting screwed. I'm sorry to have to tell you but brace yourself for the fact that you may never see that part or your money.

i got mine about five days after i ordered them from wdk. he sent me a tracking number and everything. i guess i was one of the lucky ones.
Guess I'll try again early this week and wait a few more days to hear back... if not I'm going to file a refund from paypal and go with WCF holds. Heard good things bout waterdawg holds so that's why I ordered with them. Their website didn't state they were backordered or anything either??? Didn't know it was this hard to try to get into the sport.
