Cooling problem

Any input is helpful! All lines are new, no cracks, and all tight with hose clamps. All my line are clear when blowing on them, bubbles out the pump. pump But when running barely to no water is going through the lines. Pissers just blow mist and smoke. Ski runs fine, gets hot in about 1 minute. Any ideas?

+1 Might be a Cylinder Head leak.

But what's going on with the Cylinder Block? Looks like it had Power Valves and a couple of Aluminum Plates were welded on to it to seal-off the Power Valve Ports?

Can you zoom in and shoot some Photos?

The welding could have caused internal cracks leading to loss of cooling water...
Dasa non power valve cylinders. But power valves could be later added by sending back to Dasa for machining

Single or duel cooling? I don’t trust air to show lines are 100% open. Pull a water line off the bottom of exhaust manifold and see if water is getting that far when you start it up.

Dual cooling! I pulled the lines off the hull and put a piece of spare hose and sucked water through the pump and then blew and sucked through the motor side also to make sure it was clear but did not run it while the lines where disconnected from the exhaust.

I don't know, I've just had some strange things happen when I sucked up a piece of something. If you can I would start it in the water to verify you have good water flow getting to the engine from both cooling lines. Have you blown air thru the engine from the exhaust manifold? With duel cooling and 2 fittings on the head I wouldn't think they both would be plugged unless you sucked up a bunch of sand, moss or something like that. Easy to pop the head off and check the O rings too. Water is going somewhere.

Take the hose off the pump npt fitting and check it. I had that fitting break and you would never know unless you moved it around with your hand.
