Couple Questions

So, im going to be buying a team bill pole soon and im wondering which size to get for me. im about 6' 3" and 205 pounds. im thinking either the -3 or -4. but the bracket is also 2 inches lower also, so will that be an extra 2 inches on top of the 3 or 4? Also, is it okay to use hydroturf as a hoodseal?

One more thing, where can i get some 45* orange water bypass fittings or bilge fittings?

6'3 is pretty tall id go with a longer setup. lowered bracket doesnt really change the length of the pole to the rider. hydroturf hoodseals suck. im sure blowsions got the fittings

Yeah blowsion has the fittings. Right now im using turf as a hood seal and it works fine. Im 6'2'' and my goose pole is a -6 but I ride pure flatwater

Do a search but hood seals - factory OEM is best most say. I'm 6'3" 230lbs. I cut my 07 SJ about -3. Its great huge difference. I don't have enough ride time to say whether I'd take more, but the -3 is great for me. I have no aftermarket steering plate or bars yet. I'm thinking of straight bars maybe moding my stock steering plate but more to change quickness of turn rate not so much to reduce reach anymore.

so youre saying that -6 would prolly be the way to go then? and blowsion doesnt have orange 45* fittings at all. anyone know where to get some at?

I'd do a search on the pole length, guys are all over the map. Many seem to say -2 to -5..but remember that you can always take more off - but its pretty hard to put it back on?!?

Yeah im not saying to take 6 off yours but I was just throwing out my numbers. On the fittings Im pretty sure blowsion has them
