Cracked cylinder casing

Well now crap... ran into an issue the other day with blowing an o ring on the R@D head, must of also cracked the cylinder casings at the same time. Does anyone know if I’ll need to rebuild the top end (had the head off sleeves looked good still and everything else) or just replace the the casing? It’s too hot to spend a couple weeks in the garage !

If there's still plenty of life left in your piston/sleeve combinations it might be worth your while transferring them to a another cylinder. Cylinders can be cheap enough, particularly if the sleeves are damaged.
 
Not sure but is there a chance that heating the cylinders and installing the old sleeves could distort them enough to make clearance issues between the old sleeves and pistons?
