Custom/Hybrid Cracked head pipe need one asap

Before you say weld it, its packed with sand and before I had time to clean it the spring turned cold then hot again. Does anyone have a head pipe?? Ill give you mine to mess with even.

Cracked on the inside or outside?

Out side, all screws frozen solid and the only place it squirts is from the crack

Sounds fixable. I just pulled out a middle screw a couple nights ago that had snapped off flush.

Im gonna try and get to it tonight. Maybe my torch welding has improved...

Torch welding...? I use a Miller tig machine for fixing the actual pipe and for getting stuck screws out...

All i have is an oxy/act torch.

It would behoove oneself to take a few well focused photographs of said headpipe and send them to the Speedysprocket and work out a alternative repair plan... just saying cheaper than a new TIG!

While these kinds of projects take time from my main mission and I probably don't charge enough to really be worth my time, I like the challenge and the change of scenery!

Found a welder. Im the process now

If welding doesnt work , i have 2 new headpipes.
