Other Crank Separation Tools "What Ya Got?"

I'm looking to build or buy some tools to separate cranks. I'm looking for a place to buy them or purchase them. If you have on that works well please post a pic or where you bought it. thanks

I looked into this a lot myself. In the end it was just cheaper/easier to pay someone else. You need v blocks and a dial indicator. I would do so few of them it would not be worth the investment, for me anyways.

back in the days,a lot of the spec tools were homemade depending on the cranks you worked on.
get some thick metal plate, a plasma torch and you're done.
you may want to contact crankworks or the older snowmobile shops in your area,they may have some for sale.
