Crankshaft pins pushed in??

Rear crankshaft seal blew out. My plan was to just pull bottom cases and replace all seals and be done but.... noticed two of the crankshaft alignment pins are either pushed in or worn down.. Is there anyway to remove and replace these pins? Or am I screwed?

Shouldn't "wear" out, usually pushed in from not lining up the crank then snugging down the case bolts.
