Crankshaft stroker +6

Hi guys
I have one almost brand new crank +6 old school design ( oem rod size) with crankcase trenched and reinforced .
Just asking what is the best way to use this crankshaft?
- oem cylinder + spacer,
- aftermarket +6 cylinder ( and which one)
- or other option

Your transfer timing will be so high with a 61x 62t cylinder and that crank as described. Plan on sticking the piston out of the hole some to gain some back. There was a reason the industry walked away from 5mm/125 rod cranks in about 94/95. They were the limit on rod ratio and 6m6 650 cylinders bored to 81mm.
