Yes castCast I hope??
No Dasa already fills that market. im going for a cylinder that the average guy can put on their ski and get a hit,Very cool.
Have you considered an 850cc version with cr500 pistons? Seems like stock crank/stock stroke readily available pistons in many sizes and a little more displacement could be a nice sweet spot between the 85mm stock cylinder porting jobs and the "big" motors.
Yes that’s what I had in mind. Personally I hate power valves on a ski engineWould be nice to get these with option of the PV bosses non-machined, or possibly offer a pv blank (block off).
What kind of pricepoint are you shooting for? As an average guy, I am curious. No Dasa already fills that market. im going for a cylinder that the average guy can put on their ski and get a hit,

I live in the same place.Why?........ Genuinely curious from a place of ignorance..

Maybe keeping it stock displacement so a average guy can swap onto his existing cases without having to have them opened up for bigger bore .Does Dasa really thought? Don't they have availability problems similar to B pipes right now?
My thinking, if you are at stock displacement then you are competing with ported stock cylinders. Maybe you can get noticeably better performance from stock displacement with better porting, but it seems like a hard sell.
If your price point is similar to a ported stock cylinder, then it's a hard sell with stock displacement, but a no brainer if you get another 100cc's.
If your price point is similar to DASA, then why wouldn't somebody just buy a DASA? Especially if you are at stock displacement.
Please don't take it as negativity or criticism because I'm happy to see new stuff coming out, just offering some thoughts.
That is a good point, to me opening up the cases is no big deal but it would prevent it from being a straight bolt on so that is probably a negative for a lot of people.Maybe keeping it stock displacement so a average guy can swap onto his existing cases without having to have them opened up for bigger bore .
No they will not beSweet a 701 PV cylinder. Are they going to be nikasil?
