We found the problem of my engine performance...
Short (1.5") Tornado flame arrestor.
After take it out, we got power and dark rich condition exhaust outlet marks cleaned up.
Only other change was the water lines re-routing. Ignored the 4 over head fittings and just used 2 as did in the past.
So, now is time to bore/port/match the headpipe and manifold and other fine adjustments.

So, the small Tau Ceti is not enough for high CC's engines.
