I have a butchered stroker 828 dasa cylinder im looking at buying, resleeving and welding it all up..

Questions... this is a cast cylinder, looks older. Would sleeves still be available?

There are currently big ugly looking PVs on them atm, would it be possible to use the Low profile PVs?

Also, what pistons normally fit these things? 85mm bore.. Certain pistons?

I dont have this thing right in front of me as of yet.... Thanks for the help in advance

Correct. Guillotines are machines to fit cylinder though with appropriate piston clearance.

Yes you can get new sleeves, yes you can get new kawi pistons but you have to cut the bottom to clear the 5mm. I have a new one here and a template i think that was done by TJ. Yes you can change to the new style PV's. I did it several times and if i still have the code for the VF;s that i did it on you can have it. I also have a box of the old style PV:S sets if you need some of those.

Personally i liked the cast style 7 port cylinders an dthey can be made to run real well.
