Custom/Hybrid Dasa 850cc ring end gap help plz

Dasa 850cc SS 89.5 mm bore (fresh)
Piston clearance .0075”
Piston ring end gap .041”

Pistons kit purchased from Blowsion. C/o dasa. C/o wiseco.

Parts numbers match up
Piston rings re ordered. In case of fluke after speaking with Dasa. Same exact piston ring clearance

Pictures 3520 KD rings being used with a 89.5mm bore piston pictures attached.

What should I do?
I have double checked and triple checked bore tolerance with a bore mic. I actually had multiple professionals outside the company who performed the work check tolerance

Both your bore and ring gap seem wrong to me . I just setup a Dasa 950 90mm pistons and it was .0035 clearance and .016-.017 ring gap.

Blowsion recommended the .007” bore clearance

The ring clearance seems very wrong to me. I haven’t installed the pistons
