Blaster Dasa motor and Blaster hull.

Anyone have a Dasa billet motor in a B1 hull? I'm trying to install a B-Pipe and can't get it to fit.

Would like to know what others are running with a Dasa billet top end?

Same issue happens with complete nynja setup in a blaster

They all had to modify the hull by adding a bubble right in that area

Just get the pfp! :)
I'd love to. I've decided I'm going to cut the hull an bubble it out in that area. That seems to be the most inexpensive option at this time and it will get me up and running. PFP might be a winter project when I have more time.

Looks awesome. Should you go bigger with the cut out to make things easier to service and make sure there isn't rubbing from vibration? If future plans are for a WDK layout style pipe you might need more room for the exhaust manifold, don't wanna do it twice.

I probably should go larger to make it easier for service but I'm thinking its ok as is. There's about 5mm clearance everywhere around it (the pictures make it look closer than it really is). I'm hoping that's enough. If I change the exhaust down the road, I would likely go Powerfactor with a Thrust tank and rear exhaust outlet (I would have to remove the front side exhaust outlet it has now) and the cutout would not be required.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I ran a Stock stroke Dasa 850 with the same setup in my Blaster(Mod pipe) Make sure you talk to kyle at Dasa to get his recommended water routing.
His set up made a "Massive' difference to the power delivery and bottom end punch. Cheers Steve.
