I was thinking we could make a master spreadsheet of all the parts people are bringing to sell and post it in the hotel or near the back of the hotel. The sheet would contain: for sale part, full name and phone number of person w/ part. That way if people break something they can refer directly to the part list and call the person for the part. Of course it would be limited to people attending the freeride...

Anyone think this is a good idea, go ahead and post the parts you have available to bring, name and number...

This may be a good way to clear out the garage and make a little extra spending cash.

I could also make it available through my website so you could just log on in the hotel room and go to my site and check the list... either way I think it would be a cool idea.

btw - It's not my idea.. Paul from Exotic brought it up when I was talking to him yesterday because someone had brought it to his attention..

it would be easier to just post in here what you have and we can either make a spread sheet or just reference this thread at the hotel... either way there will be a database for parts that we can access.. everyone has laptops and has the ability to access the net so that should not be an issue...

There is a computer in the loby we can access to view this thread too... the day before the event I will have a moderator purge all the questions and non essential posts so it's easier and quicker to view.

I probably won't sell a freaking thing but I have always thought that if I broke something, someone there would have a replacement they're trying to sell but I'd have no idea where to start looking. When the time gets closer, I'll round up the parts that people may be interested in and that I can carry.
