I had to give mine up when I got this WDK hood. It lightened it up enough that the nose tends to be up without the "D" cut plate.

I d-cut mine and really liked it. I tried out a jet dynamics this weekend and it made the ski feel SO heavy. I am switching back to the d-cut before I go out again.

I find it harder to get back on in the rough. I'm still learning the setup before a jump and i gotta say, it's squerlly

one vote here.. I can pull the SXR out of the water on flat plane with just throttle as well.. plus I get another 200 rpm vs my R&D extended..

I tossed my Jet dynamics extended plate, D-cut the stock plate and removed the ends of the side rails so they don't drag the ski down, Now it slides but tracks nice. The nose is way up especially with light waterbox, it doesn't plow through the waves like the stock boat but it's built for freestyle anyways. I'm gonna put a cart tank, why not?? I can't ride far anyways...

i love mine for flatwater the back end breaks loose quick and easily not good for racing around but fun for tricks and i think it increased stability at high speed which is kinda weird, but the front is light and pops up quick, its a fun and quick mod.
